Returns Or Exchange and/or Refund Policy give buyers an option to return or replace the products purchased and/or refund is offered. If you are not 100% pleased and satisfied with our jewelry, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process.
In case you have received a product in a physically damaged condition or different product than the product ordered (please mail us at email@example.com and inform our customer care representative immediately and in any case not later than 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the product, failing which the product will not be returned. You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. Please let us know if you cannot send a picture and we’ll be happy to help. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or else we will refund your money.
Order Cancellation By CUSTOMER
A) Gemshiner shall deliver product you have purchased within the promised delivery timeline, however, if you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order by logging in your Gemshiner Account before dispatch of the product. You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase.
B). Gemshiner will not cancel any order, once dispatched because we cannot stop the shipment as we will dispatch all the orders from India.
Order Cancellation By GEMSHINER
Under some rare situations, Gemshiner can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be -
1. Product is out of stock.
2. Incorrect pricing or description of the product.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address.
4. The amount will be refunded to you immediately if any such situation arises; we will notify you through Email when an order is cancelled due to any of the above reason.
Every piece of jewelry sold at Gemshiner.com is covered under our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you.
Kindly note: We use genuine/natural gemstones in our jewelry, and love the biological variations in each stone. We do not consider naturally occurring inclusions and “imperfections” to be flaws or bangs, and they do not qualify for a replacement or exchange during the warranty period.
